Hello Cyndi - How was your holiday? Did you do anything special, like a cookout or BBQ? It was just another day for me. I don't care for summertime holidays. Glad this was the last one. I'm glad that shot is helping you. We all need to get relief. I finally had my appointment at the pain doctor in July. My next visit is this Thursday. So long to wait between visits. Got x-rays and an MRI on a disk that I'm suppose to take with me when I go. When I had the first visit, doctor did mention possibly an epidural, but I like what you got better. I never heard of transforaminal. That's a new word for me, but it sound less complicated. It's always better to get one shot rather than 4. Other than the number of shots, do they differ in any other way? Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad it's working for you. It's going on 1:30 am, so I will say good night for now. xo Darlene

There is a family apple farm not too far away from us. We are planning on visiting there later next month. It was a busy weekend, as we traveled down east to visit my sister in law. I got to see a very close friend who was also a former neighbor and classmate during middle school. Have enjoyed the day, as hubby was off work, we have gotten a lot of things done in and around the house. Temps have been a bit cooler. Of course, we begun a warm up mid week. Have a wonderful week.
